The whole blogging thing is new to me. Lately everything is new to me. I thought it would all be easier the second time around. Of course, I thought the second time around would have been a while back but surprise. A year ago I was preparing for the birth of my second son. My first son was born in 1996. I never expected to wait 15 years for my next.
I heard a lot of really stupid questions from people. My favorite was when a women asked me if my boys were from the same father. Not too rude.
Don't get me wrong there have been some advantages to being older this time around. My first son, I breastfed. It was miserable. It didn't matter what I did, I would sit and cry the entire time. But I kept doing it because I felt guilty stopping. This time around screw that. Formula will do just fine.
And there may be more advantages ahead like handicapped parking at his graduation!
